Due to the nature of the product, for sanitary purposes we do not accept refunds/exchanges. In the highly unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, we will honour a exchange if the product has been unused, unworn and unopened in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery-

All prices on our website include Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery 1-3 working days to UK Residents. Our products are dispatched from our facility in Bellingham, South London, United Kingdom.
We ship Monday throughout to Friday, excluding Weekends, Bank & Public Holidays. All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be shipped out the next working day.
If items are sent back to us due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase or missed delivery, we will not issue a refund due to the fact that it is the customers responsibility to make sure that they have provided the correct details at the time of purchase.
If you fail to collect your item on time from the post office or missed your delivery then the customer will be liable to pay for postage again for another delivery. We do not take liability for any orders shipped to the wrong address. Customers who provide an incorrect address after the products have been despatched would need to re-order again via the website.
On our website, we have a fixed postage price for each country we deliver to. However, if your item is sent back to us due to incorrect delivery address/missed delivery, and the price of re-sending the item is greater than the set amount you paid at the time of the purchase due to size/weight, the customer would be liable to cover that fee.
