Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! Please refer to our shipping policy under the 'Policy' tab for further information.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, the fur for our Genuine Mink Lashes is collected during shedding season and is gently brushed off the Mink. At no point are these beautiful animals harmed during the process.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday excluding weekends & bank holidays via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Postal Service. This can range from 1-3 working days from the despatch date. Orders received before 2pm are despatched the following working day. 

My order has arrived damaged/faulty?

Please accept our sincere apologises about receiving your order damaged. In order for us to rectify this as soon as, please send us over images of the damaged/faulty product to [email protected]

My parcel has been delivered or signed for but I haven't received it?

Please email us at [email protected]. Please be assured that we will work closely with Royal Mail to get this matter resolved. 

Do I get a tracking number for my delivery?

With standard shipping no, we send these packages using Royal Mail First Class post and this delivery method does not generate a tracking number. 

For all international orders, tracking will be available when the accumulated shipping fee has reached the threshold of £15 or more.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Should your product be faulty on arrival, we will honour an exchange as long as the item is unopened, unused and sealed in its original packaging within 7days of receiving your products.

Do you have to be a Registered Limited Company in order to purchase wholesale items?

No. We are firm believers in supporting the growth of all new & existing entrepreneurs from all business trading backgrounds and so this would not hinder your transaction with us in any way.
